Position overview

We are looking for an experienced ERP Developer to develop, customize, maintain, and enhance our Focus ERP system based on the company's business requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with management and different departments to understand business processes and convert them into practical, secure, and scalable system solutions.The role will focus on improving existing ERP functionalities, developing new modules, integrating internal applications, and ensuring the system can support the company's future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain the Focus ERP system.
  • Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Develop new ERP modules based on company needs, starting with high-priority business requirements.
  • Improve existing functionalities, workflows, and system performance.
  • Design and implement database structures that support reliable data management and future growth.
  • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
  • Ensure data security, user access control, and appropriate permissions across departments.
  • Implement proper testing, documentation, version control, and deployment procedures.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing system support.
  • Ensure system updates do not affect existing functionalities or cause data loss.
  • Work with management, IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and other departments to improve business processes through automation.
  • Follow software development best practices to ensure the ERP remains scalable, maintainable, and secure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ERP development, customization, and implementation.
  • Strong programming and database development skills.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience in API development and third-party system integrations.
  • Knowledge of application architecture, system security, and role-based access control.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Understanding of software testing, deployment, backup, and recovery procedures.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and design practical technical solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver solutions according to agreed priorities.
  • Previous experience developing or customizing Focus ERP.
  • Experience with ERP systems, business process automation, and workflow management.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system integration.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.
  • Fluent in English
